How Can I Process Payroll For a Single Employee?

If you do not want to process payroll for all your employees or just need a better look at one employee you can process payroll for a single employee by following the steps below.

1. Navigate to the payroll Tab and select the pay group that the employee is a part of and hit the Calculate Payroll button.


2. You will have to lock the payroll for the entire hierarchy level to be able to export for a single employee (after you are done exporting you can go back and unlock the rest of the pay group)

3. From there go to the section Payroll by Hierarchy and select the hierarchy level the employee is in, and select the employee name from that list, and hit the

export button.
