Can't Find Your Employee?

If you can't find an employee, there are three main reasons. Follow these troubleshooting steps in order.

1. Limited Hierarchy View

  1. In the account level hierarchy, all employees are shown (ex. 1).

  2. In the exact hierarchy, your employee should be in. If you think you're in the right hierarchy, go up a level and search again. The employee may have a default hierarchy level different than what you think (ex. 2).

Specific Location (ex. 2)

2. Employee Has Been Moved to Inactive.

  • Go to the account level in your hierarchy navigation.

  • Navigate to the Employees tab.

  • Click on the "active status" drop-down menu in the top left corner of the employee page and select "inactive."
