Can't Find Your Employee?

If you can't find an employee, there are three main reasons. Follow these troubleshooting steps in order.

1. Limited Hierarchy View

  1. In the account level hierarchy, which shows all employees (ex. 1).

  2. In the exact hierarchy, your employee should be in. If you think you're in the right hierarchy, go up a level and search again. The employee may have a default hierarchy level different than what you think (ex. 2).
