The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (USEEOC) and many other countries have labor laws in which employee data must be kept even after the employee has left your organization. For that reason, we allow you to change your employee's status to inactive and still keep their profile and data intact.
Set Employee to Inactive
In Grandd Central, do the following:
1. Navigate to the employee tab and search for the employee.
Note: The drop down (shown below) at the top left hand screen of the employee screen will allow you to see inactive and active employees.
2. Click on the User Policy drop-down menu in their profile (see screenshot below).
3. Simply switch the "Active" toggle off to cause the employee into the inactive user section
