Throughout these guides, you will see the term Hierarchy Navigation frequently referenced. Hierarchy navigation is very simple and you'll be using it every day in Grandd Central.

The hierarchy navigation is simply the tool in Grandd Central that you use to filter what hierarchy item you are in. This allows you to set specific hierarchy settings and limit the scope of the data you view in Grandd Central.

The tool can be found in the upper right-hand corner of Grandd Central, as shown below.

Notice that the punch data changes based on the hierarchy item that you're in. Not only will raw punch data be shown differently based on hierarchy, but so will employees, devices, and hierarchy settings.
