What happens if an employee forgets to Punch-OUT?

There will be a Missing Punch for the employee on their timecard. This will create an exception for a supervisor/administrator to review.

A Supervisor/Approver can adjust Punch-IN and Punch-OUT for an employee. Make sure that Supervisor/Approver has Edit Timecard permission in Findd Grand Central. If you are a supervisor or manager and do not have access to edit employee timecards please contact the Account owner and request access.

Note: There isn't an option to adjust Punch-IN and Punch-OUT by an employee on the mobile device. For more information, please refer to the article Missing Punches.
