When your device is showing uploaded punches but the punches are not showing up on the employee's timecard it is most likely due to a device registration issue.
Navigate to the employees timecard and then select "Records." If some of the records show
to the left of them, then they are being uploaded but not recorded in the timecard.
Click on the icon and it will display the following:
The solution to this issue is simple; delete the app and reinstall it. Proceed through normal registration steps again.
