Below are 3 simple things you can try if your punches are not uploading to Grandd Central.
Check Connectivity: Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi or is in a location where you have access to good cellular service. If your device is connected but the connection is poor, you may need to consider moving the device or updating your data plan.
Manual Sync: You can force a manual sync by opening the menu in the app and hitting the sync button at the bottom of the screen. (See screenshot)
Restart: Sometimes the device or the app may get stuck and just need to be refreshed. You can try closing and reopening the app, or even restarting your device. This will hopefully clear out any stopped or stuck states and help things to start working normally again.
