Change Employee Pin/ID

Clock pins are used at devices that are either in clock mode or mobile clock mode and are used to identify which employee is punching in or out. This video will review how to change a pin or employee ID of an employee already in Grandd Central. If the employee is not in Grandd Central yet, follow our adding employees guide.

Below is a video that goes over the information found in this guide.

Change Employee Default Level

In Grandd Central, do the following:

1. Navigate to the employee tab and search for an employee.

2. Click on the drop-down menu in their profile (see screenshot below).

3. Enter a new pin and/or ID

  • Changes are saved automatically.
