Change Employee PIN/ID

Learn how to change an employee's clock PIN or ID in Grandd Central.

Clock PINs are used on devices that are either in Clock Mode or Mobile Clock Mode and are used to identify which employee is punching in or out. This video will review how to change the PIN or employee ID of an employee already in Grandd Central.

How to Change an Employee's PIN or ID

  1. Navigate to the Employees Tab:

    • From your Grandd Central dashboard, click on the Employees tab.

    • Search for and select the desired employee.

  2. Access the PIN/ID Field:

    • On the employee's profile page, locate the "PIN" or "Employee ID" field.

  3. Enter New PIN/ID:

    • Type the new PIN or Employee ID into the designated field.

Changes are saved automatically once entered.
