The Default Employee Level refers to where the employee is placed in your hierarchy. Your employees will be able to punch in anywhere beneath them in the hierarchy. If an employee will only be working at one worksite, place them at that level in your hierarchy.

Change Employee Default Level
In Grandd Central, do the following:
1. Navigate to the employee tab and search for an employee.
2. Click on the drop-down menu in their profile (see screenshot below).
3. Select the Default Employee Level menu.
