In order for the Findd application to work on your device, certain permissions must be granted to the Findd app.
This article will review what permissions need to be enabled and how to do so.
List of Permissions
Location - This allows the Findd app to check the device's location. This is important to check for locations exceptions and to set the device location.
Camera - This allows the Findd application to access the camera. Without this enabled, facial recognition will not work.
Cellular Data/Wifi - In order for the device to upload punches, the device needs to be connected to the network. If the Cellular Data is not enabled, or if the device is not connected to wifi, the punches will still be recorded on the device but they will not upload to the Grandd Central. As soon as the device reconnects, the punches will be uploaded.
How to Enable Permissions
Follow one of the following guides, depending on if your device is Android or iOS
Android
Tap on the Settings app on the device.
Tap "App Permissions" in the menu
Scroll down to the Findd application and tap on it.
Tap on "Permissions"
5. Enable all permissions.
iOS (Apple)

From here make sure that both the Camera and Cellular Data toggles are enabled. Also, ensure that the location is either set to "While Using" or "Always" (see below).
