You can require an employee to redo the facial recognition registration by deleting all the face spaces in the employee's profile in Grandd Central. The next time the employee punches, and if the device is synced with Grandd Central, the employee will be directed into the registration.

But Wait...

Did you know that if your employee drastically changes their appearance you don't necessarily have to get them to redo their facial recognition registration? Findd facial recognition system is a learning system.

Meaning, that as the employee punches in and out, you'll see a biometric exception in Grandd Central. After you verify that the punch was made by the employee, you can accept that punch. This basically says to the Findd system, "This is my employee. Learn who they are."

After some punches (amount varies) the system will learn of the change and will not create exceptions.
