If your employee has completed facial recognition on a device but the face spaces have not been uploaded to Grandd Central you have no need to worry.

This is due to a weak signal connection between your device and the network. Findd is optimized to prioritize punch uploads over anything else, so you may notice that punches will be uploaded but face spaces may not be.

Steps To Take

You can do the following:

1. Nothing - the face spaces will eventually upload.

2. Take the device outside if you are inside a building or walk around to establish a better connection or connect to a stronger network.
