How can I verify that my punches have been uploaded from my device?

You can do a couple of things to ensure that your punches have uploaded successfully to Grandd Central from your device such as verify punch history and perform a manual sync.


Verify Punch History

  1. Open Side menu in the app. You may need to enter a clock pin first.

  2. Tap "Punch History" to view all of the most recent punches performed on the device

  3. Punches that show a green cloud icon have been successfully uploaded to the cloud. Punches with a gray cloud icon have not been uploaded yet.

Perform Manual Sync

  1. Open the side menu in the app. You may need to enter a clock pin first.

  2. At the bottom of the screen, you will find a Manual Sync button. Tap that and note that it may take a couple of minutes for the sync to complete.

  3. View Punch History and verify punches all have the green cloud icon

Additional Steps

Now that the employee has verified that all the punches have been uploaded, the employee may want to approve their timecard.
