Findd uses a proprietary offline facial recognition algorithm that is incredibly fast and effective. When an employee uses the app, it captures a picture of their face that is then compared to their face spaces that are saved when an employee completes the facial training on a device.

The first time an employee uses their personal device or punches into a clock mode device the facial training screen will pop up. After the Let's Get Started button is selected the app will capture pictures of their face. Move your head up and down and left to right so the app can capture multiple angles making the facial recognition more accurate.

NOTE: Once an employee completes the facial training it will be saved to their profile so even if they use a new device those pictures will be carried over.
