When submitting a support ticket regarding a device, you should also submit the Findd app version and the software version that your device has.
Find Your Device's OS Version
Depending on your device type, these steps may be slightly different. If you do find that this guide does not cover your device steps simply go to www.google.com and search "[Your device] find software version."
Apple's official guide can be found here. To find the software version, you should:
Tap on the settings app on your device.
Scroll down and tap on the "General" tab.
Scroll down and tap on the "About" tab.

You will find the software version in one of the below places (these differ by model and operating system):
Settings app > About phone > Software information
Settings > About phone > Android version
Settings app > About device (You may need to scroll down the screen) > Android version
