In this article, we will cover how to re-export punches that were not successfully exported. You can utilize this feature to export failed punches into a third-party system, eliminating the need for manual input. This will be relevant for clients who have an Integration set up. If you have any questions about this, please contact your Account Manager!
Select "Account".
Choose "Settings".
Select drop down arrow to display the "Integration" tab.
Select "Export To Third Party".
A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm if you want to proceed with the export to the third party system.
If needed, mark the check box to choose an specific Date Range. Double check your dates before you proceed!
Click "OK"
Your punches will now be set to export on the next connector cycle.
