In this article, we will be going over where to find the init mobile icon (Init = Initialize/force sync) and how it is used within Grandd Central. To keep it simple we've broken it down into 4 easy steps.

How to Perform Init Mobile:
Open your Grandd Central Account > Go to the "Devices" tab
Select the desired device(s)
On the top right-hand side of the screen click the "Init Mobile" icon which will re-initialize the device and force a refresh/sync.
