The device admin pin is used to restrict access to the Punch History for devices set up to accommodate multiple users in either Clock Mode or Mobile Clock Mode. This is typically used to restrict access for all employees except supervisors, managers, or other administrators to protect the privacy and data of each employee that uses the device to record their time.

Setting a Device Admin Pin

  1. Go to the Devices Tab in your Grandd Central account.

  2. Add a new device or select one that was previously set up

  3. Enter the pin in the designated spot

Don't forget to save the changes when you are done!
