In this article, we will walk you through the process of manually adding timecard punches.

1. From the Dashboard, click on the Timecards tab. A list of all active employees will be displayed on the screen. Filter by date as necessary and search for the employee.

2. Select the employee. Upon selection, the timecard for that specific employee will expand.

3. To add a manual punch to the timecard, click the +ADD button on your preferred date to input your manual punch in or out time.


4. The ADD PUNCH popup will appear on the screen. Adjust the time, date, and position for the punch to be accurately added.

5. Once you enter the correct information, select the ADD PUNCH button to confirm. The added punch IN and OUT will automatically display on the employee's timecard.
