One important aspect of the Findd system is that it allows employees to punch in even when the device is not connected to internet. Punches are stored locally on the device and will automatically sync to web once the device connects to the internet.

For Example, when a punch is made and the device is not connected to internet, the grey icon below will show in the punch history on the device.

This means that the data is not yet synced to the web application. And if the data is not synced, then the punch will not reflect in the employee’s timecard.

When the device is finally connected to the internet, the data will automatically sync, and the green cloud icon below will appear in the punch history.

This means that the punch is now reflected under the employee’s timecard in Grandd Central.
