Customize accruals in Grandd Central. Add details like name, rate, and balance limits.

Grandd Central allows administrators to customize accruals and holiday templates for their employees.

Create Accruals

1. In Grandd Central, go to the Account tab, then to the settings sub-tab, and find the Pay Configuration item in the menu.

2. To add a new Accrual, click the Plus Button and fill out the pop-up form:
- Name
- Accrual Rate Per Hour (what the accrual pay rate will be per hour)
- Select Pay Types Contributing to Accrual plus sign and select which pay type
will contribute to accruals from the drop-down menu.
- Min Balance Minimum balance for employee accrual
- Max Balance Maximum balance for employee accrual Allow Accrual for Leave Tracking
