When punching, employees can select various preset positions that allow for proper job costing. Additionally, administrators can set an employee with a default employee position.
Selecting Positions While Punching
If the device mode is a clock or mobile clock the employee will enter their clock pin.
Depending on device mode, an employee will either see their profile picture or their current location.
Located beneath the green punch button, is the position tab.
Tap the position tab to reveal the positions available and select a position.
Now, simply punch as normal. Simple as that!
