Adding a custom policy section to your application's usage agreement ensures employees acknowledge and agree to your specified terms before using the app. Follow these steps to configure it:
Navigate to Settings
Go to the Account tab in the application.
Select the Settings tab.
Locate the Biometrics Section
Scroll down until you find the Biometrics option.
Open the Biometrics tab.
Enable Agreement Requirement
Add a Custom Agreement
Write and Save Your Custom Policy
Optional: Add a Spanish Version
If needed, click the blue + icon again to add a Spanish version of the agreement.
Enter the translated text and click Save.
(This step can also be completed later.)
Finalize the Agreement
Click Create and confirm the action in the pop-up.
You're Done!
Employees will now see and accept your custom agreement the first time they punch in, ensuring compliance with your policies.
