How to Rehire an Employee

Instructions for rehiring an employee as an Administrator.

1. Once an employee is terminated, the Hire button will change to Re-Hire. If you click on Re-Hire, it will also be added to the Audit.

2. When you go to the Hire / Termination / Rehire Audits section of the Employee Profile, you’ll see it as a history.

3. The Applicant Status will change to what has been configured according to the selected reason code.
