Instructions for New Hires & Administrators to complete & verify the I-9.

New Hire

  1. Log into ESS (https://ess.findd.io/login), navigate to Badges or Credentials, and find Form I9.

  2. Click Form I9 > Get Started

  3. Type in the relevant information > hit Next; repeat this step until you reach the end

  4. Click Finish

  5. Click Sign > affix your signature > then click Submit

    Note: Ensure that the employee has the relevant information needed in their profile before completing the I9. This information includes name, address, SSN, start date, etc.

Administrator

  1. Wait until the employee completes the I-9 Section 1.

  2. Go to Files > then click on the Form I-9

  3. Click on Add I9_Section2 Data

  4. Fill out the I-9 information > click Next until you complete the form

  5. Click Save

  6. Review the populated I-9 Form

  7. Click Employer Sign

  8. Sign the form > click Submit

  9. Review the form once more if all information are correct and all signature are affixed

  10. Toggle Verified > then hit Save
