Instructions for New Hires & Administrators to complete & verify any tax forms.

New Hire

1. In ESS, fill out the Tax Withholding Information Flows, and then the Withholding Tax Forms.

2. Once the employee has completed the tax flows, the necessary tax forms will be generated and available for the employee to complete.

Administrator

  1. If you don't see any tax forms in the employees profile, ensure that they have completed the tax flows.

  2. Make sure that the employee completes the form before verifying any documents. .

  3. Go to the Employee Profile > Files > click on the Tax Withholding Forms > and validate the content in the forms.

  4. Toggle Verified > then hit Save.
