Go to the Employee/Applicant's HR profile
Click Files
Select the file you need to replace or upload
Click the Configuration tab
Click the Upload New File Version box
Tip: You can also drag and drop the file to the Upload box and skip step 6
Locate the file and click Open
Click Save
