How To Upload a New File/Form To An Existing File

This will walk you through on how to replace a file uploaded in an applicant/employee's HR profile.

  1. Go to the Employee/Applicant's HR profile

  2. Click Files

  3. Select the file you need to replace or upload

  4. Click the Configuration tab

  5. Click the Upload New File Version box

    Tip: You can also drag and drop the file to the Upload box and skip step 6

  6. Locate the file and click Open

  7. Click Save
