How To Reset an Applicant/Employee's Password

The admin can reset the password from Findd HR. The password change will sync into Employee Self Service (ESS) and Grandd Central (TLM).

  1. Go to the Employee's HR Profile

  2. Click Reset Password

  3. Set the New Password and re-type in the New Password Confirmation fields

  4. Click Reset
