πŸš€ New Permission! "Edit Budget" for Jobs

πŸš€ Shift Cloning - you can now clone shifts so that they copy over to other days, and individual shifts can be edited as needed without impacting the same shifts on other days.

πŸš€ Changing OT Policy per Employee - you can now manually override/set an Employee's pay group and OT policy in their profile under Schedule & Payroll Settings.

πŸš€ Changing OT Policy per Job - you can now manually override/set a Job's OT policy under the Job settings.

πŸš€ Changing OT Policy per Hierarchy - you can now manually override/set a hierarchy's OT policy under the Hierarchy settings.

πŸš€ New "Suspense Punches Resolved Before Payroll Locking" Feature! - if toggled on in your Features list, users will be asked to review suspense punches when locking payroll if any suspense punches exist during the selected pay period.

πŸš€ Viewing Exceptions without editing access - users that don't have permission to accept/reject Exceptions will now be able to view them under Timecards.

πŸš€ "Reject and remove punch" option added to Exceptions - you can now remove punches when rejecting a Biometric Exception.

πŸš€ Schedule Visibility - users will now only see Schedules for the Jobs they are permitted to view (as set up in their user settings).

πŸš€ Geofence Perimeter limit increased - the perimeter limit has been increased from 1,000 feet to 500,000 feet.

πŸš€ Changed increments when dragging shift start/end time - when dragging the shift to edit the start/end time, 15 minute increments will be used instead of 5 minute increments.

πŸš€ Inactivating Note Types - note types can now be made inactive.

πŸš€ New Punch Question Response Report - you can now download a report with punch question responses on the Timecards page.

πŸš€ Changing Pay Groups - users will now be allowed to change pay groups, and will not have to go through Findd Support. Please double check timecards before changing pay groups!

πŸš€ Job ID column added to Timecard Summary Report

πŸš€ "Apply Auto Breaks" toggle added to User Policy settings - this will automatically be toggled ON under the User Policy dropdown, but this will give the option to turn off the Auto Breaks per employee as needed.

πŸš€ New Payroll "Employee Lock" Status - this is a new feature flag under Payroll features that when toggled ON, will:

  • Prevent employee Adds/Edits/Approvals from mobile and ESS

  • Punches coming from mobile and ESS would be placed in Suspense

  • Prevent employee from approving time

  • Users in GC will still be able to Add/Edit/Approve time

  • Employee Lock status can be added and removed from payroll (like the existing lock payroll option)

πŸš€ Notifications based on Default Hierarchy - we will now use Default Hierarchy instead of Punch Permission Hierarchy for Time Off notifications to subscribers.
