🚀 Punch Job Exclusions - Admins can now block individual employees from punching into specific jobs. Excluded jobs are hidden from the employee's job list at the clock and in the mobile app, and punches to them are rejected. 🚀 Primary Phone Number on Employee Profile - The employee's primary phone number now displays on the TLM employee profile under User Policy, next to the Email field. The number stays linked to HR, so edits and removals are made from HR and are recorded in both the HR and TLM audit logs. This remains the number used for device self-registration.

🚀 Time & Expense Duration Entries in Timecard Reports - A new "Include Time & Expense Duration Entries" toggle has been added to 8 pre-built timecard reports, so these entries no longer require the Ad-Hoc Report. The toggle is OFF by default, so existing reports are unchanged unless it's turned on.

🚀 Referral Fields in Ad Hoc Reporting - "Referred by Whom" and "Referral Source" are now available as columns in ad hoc reporting, so referral programs can be tracked.

🚀 SIN and SSN Validation - Government ID numbers entered on the employee profile and in ESS are now validated based on the account's country. Canadian accounts validate against SIN rules, and all other accounts validate against SSN rules.

🚀 SSN Uniqueness by EIN - SSNs now only need to be unique within an EIN, so accounts with multiple EINs can have the same SSN on profiles under different EINs. Accounts with no EIN set up still require SSNs to be unique across the account.

🚀 Employment Action Split Button - The Hire, Re-Hire, Terminate, and Failed to Hire buttons on People Detail are combined into one split button. The main button shows the most likely action for the employee's current status, and the dropdown holds all other actions. Hire reads as Re-Hire whenever the employee already has a hire on record. 🚀 Custom Reports in HR - Reports built for your account can now be run on demand from the Reporting menu on the People page and are delivered by email.

🚀 Hierarchy Change Requests - Punch Permission Hierarchy and Default Hierarchy can now go through the Change Request approval workflow, with 1–3 approval levels. 🚀 Badge Removal on Status Change - A new "Trigger Badge Removal" toggle on status/sub-status setup removes an employee's badges when they move into that status, so rehires restart onboarding from the beginning.
