๐ Supporting Multiple EINs Within a Single Account - a new "Billing Information" section has been added to the hierarchy settings page in Grandd Central. This allows clients with multiple EINs and business entities under one account to manage billing data at the appropriate hierarchy level.
๐ 24-Hour Max. Limit for Duration-Based Time Entries Added in GC - this will now match ESS, which enforces a 24-hour maximum limit for Duration Entries.
๐ Supervisor Name Display on Approaching Overtime and Overtime Tabs - the supervisors' names are now visible directly in the dashboard view and this data is included in the CSV/Excel exports.
๐ Rounded Times Parameter Added to Payroll API Endpoint - allows clients to retrieve rounded times instead of default unrounded times.
HR Features
๐ Default Secondary Profile Search to Inactive Employees in Profile Merge - when a user attempts to find the secondary profile on the first page of the Profile Merge process, we will now default the employee list to Inactive Employees instead of Active Employees.
๐ Auto-Populate Last Physical Work Date When Terminating - we now automatically set the last physical work date based on the employeeโs last completed punch record to streamline the offboarding process. When the Termination window is opened, the system will evaluate the employee's punch history.
๐ Supervisor Auto-Population on Documents - it's now an option to include the assigned supervisor on generated HR documents without manually editing each PDF or offer letter.
๐ Configurable Landing Page Messaging Following Initial Application Submission - provides admins with full control over the call-to-action messaging and link displayed on this landing page so the experience can align with the desired onboarding and communication workflow.
๐ Termination Form โ Role-Based Field Visibility & Custom Form Data - we've added a settings panel for the Termination flow that lets admins control which standard fields appear on the termination modal and attach custom form fields via JSON, scoped per user role.
๐ Auto-Inherit Hierarchy on Job Selection - we've automated the population of Punch Permission and Default Hierarchies in HR based on the selected Job to ensure proper inheritance from the organizational chain.
๐ Auto-Move Employee on Badge Completion - we've added the ability for pipeline stages to automatically move an employee to a specified stage when selected badges are completed. This is configured at the stage level inside the pipeline editor. A toggle enables or disables the feature per stage. When enabled, the user selects which badges (from the badges already assigned to that stage) are required for the auto-move, and picks the target stage the employee should move to.
