TLM Features

πŸš€ User Policy Filtering - when creating employee filters, users can now filter based on User Policy toggles and Primary Languages.

πŸš€ New User Policy Toggle! Allow Self-Registration - when turned ON, employees will be permitted to self-register a device via email. When OFF, employees will need to register devices via administrator. This is defaulted to ON for employees.

πŸš€ Two New Honor Based Time Entry Permissions in User Policy - when "allow honor based time entry" is toggled ON, two new options will appear: "allow start and end based time entry" AND "allow duration based time entry". See the ESS Features for more information on "allow duration based time entry". The "start and end" policy will automatically be ON if Honor Based Time Entry is already enabled for an employee, and it has the same function (with a new name!).

πŸš€ Multiple Organization Hierarchies - we now offer the ability to assign multiple hierarchies across an organization to an account user.

πŸš€ Enhancements to Assigned Jobs Functionality - including multi-selection of jobs, searching, hierarchy-level selection, a default confirmed work status, and more.

πŸš€ Badge Assignment by Status + Occupation/Specialty - the badge assignment process has been enhanced to allow badges to be assigned to employees based not only on status/sub-status, but also on occupation and/or specialty.

πŸš€ Profile Merge - a new 5-step wizard that merges duplicate employee profiles in FinddHR, moving data from a secondary profile into a primary profile with conflict resolution and audit trails. It can be initiated from the primary employee profile, and requires a specific "Allow Profile Merge" permission to be enabled on the user role.

πŸš€ Hire/Termination Button Permissions - these will control whether users can see and use the Hire and Failed Hire/Termination action buttons on the employee profile.

πŸš€ Require Phone Number OR Email - allows applicants and admins to create a profile when at least one contact method is provided.

πŸš€ Custom Employee ID/Clock PIN Assignment through Status/Sub-Status - new configuration option on status/sub-status settings called Assign Custom ID. When enabled for a specific status/sub-status, the system will automatically assign the employee a new sequential Employee ID and Clock PIN when they are moved into that status/sub-status. This supports clients that do not want applicants consuming β€œreal” employee IDs and breaking sequences prior to hire/export.

πŸš€ File Upload for Bank Information - admins can now configure Bank Info to have an image upload (and can make it a required field).

πŸš€ Zip Code & Hierarchy Assignment added to People Grid Column Filters

πŸš€ Signature Date Tokens will now use Browser Local Time instead of UTC

πŸš€ Honor Based Time Entry with Duration - when toggled ON in an employee's User Policy, they'll be able to add time formatted as hours:minutes against selected job-costing fields (Job, Phase, Position, etc).

πŸš€ ESS Wallet moved to More - all non-badge tabs (Bank Info, Personal Information, Credentials, Profile Picture, ID, etc.) have been moved to the β€œMore” menu item.
